Rehabilitation that comes to your front door
B2B Rehab was built on a simple idea. The people who most need rehabilitation are often the people who find it hardest to get to a clinic.
So we bring the clinic with us. Accredited exercise physiology, delivered in your living room, your garage, your workplace or your local park, with all the equipment your program needs carried in the back of the car. For clients who would rather train somewhere purpose built, our Port Kembla studio is open by appointment.
- One hour appointments
- Same clinician every visit
- Written program after visit one
- Reports back to your GP
- All ages and ability levels
- No referral needed to start
Exercise physiology for every stage of recovery

Four steps from first call to lasting results
Book online, any time
Use the booking form on this site day or night. Tell us what is going on, where you would like to be seen and when suits you. We confirm the details with you directly.
Initial assessment
A one hour visit at your home or our studio. We take a full history, test strength, range and function, and explain in plain language what is driving the problem.
Your program
You leave the first session with a written program built around your goals, your equipment and your schedule, not a generic handout.
Progress and review
We supervise, adjust the load as you improve, retest along the way and report back to your GP, insurer or support coordinator when that is part of your funding.
Care that fits around your life
We come to you
No parking, no waiting room, no travelling with an injury. We bring the equipment to your home, your workplace or your local park.
One familiar clinician
You see the same accredited exercise physiologist every visit, so nothing gets lost between appointments and your program actually progresses.
Full hour sessions
Appointments are unhurried. There is time to assess properly, coach technique and answer the questions you came in with.
Funding handled for you
DVA, NDIS, Medicare, workers compensation, Home Care Packages and private health. We handle the paperwork and the invoicing.
Goal driven programs
Getting back on the tools, back on the field, or back to the garden. We measure progress against what matters to you.
Straight answers
Clear explanations of what is wrong, how long it should take and what you need to do between sessions. No jargon and no guesswork.
Funding options we work with
Most of our clients pay little or nothing out of pocket. Tell us which of these applies to you and we will handle the referrals, the reporting and the invoicing.

Satisfied patients
Elias is passionate and motivating and cares about his clients. He even noticed one session when I was having a bad day and stopped to talk to me, showing compassion for my issues.
Eli was very comforting. He referred me on for diagnosis and then provided me with a home exercise program. Definitely recommend.
Eli treated my 15 year old son for neck pain, and within three sessions he relieved my son's pain. He provided education around sports performance and weight training which was great.
Frequently asked questions
B2B Rehab is a mobile exercise physiology service, which means we visit you or your patient in the comfort of your own home or another location that suits you. Everything needed for the session travels with us.
Simply make a booking using the online booking system on this site and we will reach out to confirm the details. If you would rather come to us, our studio at 36A Wentworth St, Port Kembla NSW 2505 is open by appointment.
We travel across Wollongong, the Illawarra, Shellharbour and South Sydney. That includes Wollongong, Port Kembla, Figtree, Corrimal, Thirroul, Dapto, Shellharbour, Kiama and the southern Sydney suburbs.
If you are just outside those areas, get in touch anyway. We will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
An accredited exercise physiologist is a university qualified allied health professional who uses clinical exercise to treat injury, chronic disease and disability. We are recognised by Medicare, the DVA, the NDIS, private health funds and workers compensation insurers.
Where a physiotherapist often focuses on hands on treatment in the early stage of an injury, exercise physiology focuses on the rebuilding phase: restoring strength, movement, capacity and confidence so the problem does not keep coming back. The two work well together, and we will refer you on when hands on treatment or imaging is the right next step.
No. You can book directly and pay privately with no referral at all.
A referral is only needed when a third party is paying. Medicare requires a Chronic Disease Management plan from your GP, the DVA requires a D904 referral, and workers compensation requires an approved claim number with a referral from your nominated treating doctor.
The first visit runs for about an hour. We talk through your history and your goals, then assess movement, strength, balance and function as appropriate. You will get an explanation of what we found and a written program to start on straight away.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and have any scans, reports or referrals handy.
Send us a message
Questions about funding, service areas or whether exercise physiology is right for your situation are always welcome. We answer every enquiry personally.
